Bright peach pink. Very floral nose, lilac, white rose, subtle yeast aroma, fresh red berry fruit, also citrus, inviting. Very fine and balanced on the palate, full-bodied, with clear fruit and beautiful texture, long, vibrant, salty.

Intense apricot with orange and a persistent, delicate mousse. Apricot, orange juice and fine blossom on the nose, with hints of light savouriness and some sealing wax on the finish. On the palate it shows with a clear, creamy fruit core, very well-balanced mousse and a full-bodied texture, balanced, hearty finish.
