Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, delicate, persistent mousse. Delicately nutty, yellow tropical fruit notes with meadow herbs, a hint of pomelo zest and blossom honey in the background. Medium body, ripe pear fruit, walnut aromas on the finish, subtle sweetness on the finish, a hint of dried fig in the aftertaste.
