Plum and black pepper on the nose. On the palate, the density and fulminant tactile minerality are surprising, with ripe, fleshy tannins providing support and the well-integrated acidity giving freshness. Despite its great density, this is not a massive wine, with the minerality carrying and refreshing at every step.
