Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.11.2019

Clear aroma of Mirabelle plum, apple and citrus fruit, also floral notes. Well-built on the palate with well-judged volume and also dosed power, the acidity is ripe and carries well, emphatically dry, crystalline in expression and fine salty tinge, to eat.
