Medium yellow gold, silver reflections. Smoky savouriness, nuances of stewed apples, DELICATE hints of cloves, mineral underpinnings. Complex, silky texture, fine fruit sweetness, finesse-rich acid structure, balanced, already well developed, salty aftertaste.
