Medium yellow-green in colour. Inviting bouquet of stone fruit and spices, subtle wood nuances, fine notes of guava, candied mandarin oranges, tightly woven bouquet. Good complexity, tobacco-like, fine extracted sweetness, honeydew melon, well-integrated acidity, mineral finish, a versatile food companion with certain ageing potential.
