Tasting Notes

88 - 90
Tasting from 12.06.2026: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Romana Echensperger, Roland Graf

Pale yellow with coppery highlights. Subtle at first; after swirling, notes of apricot, raspberry, and cherry emerge, along with light, candy-like hints of wine gum and a touch of white pepper. Dry on the palate, with plenty of fruitiness, moderate acidity, and a rather robust structure. Juicy finish, easy to drink.
