More about the tasting"Préjudice" is the name of this red wine made from the indigenous Bulgarian grape variety Mavrud. And indeed, anyone who drinks this dense, full-bodied wine will put aside any preconceptions about wines from Bulgaria. It has a strong, dark color, smells of wild berries, especially blackberries, and has a slightly stewed note. The taste is full-bodied but not corpulent, the wood is well integrated, ripe tannins and a creamy acidity give it structure. The finish is long and juicy. A lovely accompaniment to food, it goes perfectly with a filet goulash stroganoff.
