Bright straw yellow colour with a drop of light gold. Candied lemon zest on the nose, fragrant, with fine hints of herbs, peach, reminiscent of lime, slightly of sea salt, cool. Polished fruit on the palate, clear and precise, intense notes of yellow fruits, rich but not alcoholic, fine saltiness on the finish.
