A sparkling, bright straw-yellow color with green hues. A very fragrant and intense nose, with notes of grapefruit, mango, and gooseberries. Very juicy on the palate, it expands beautifully as it develops; salty, racy, well-integrated acidity gives the wine liveliness, with a long finish.
