The red wine Curlan Pinot Noir Riserva Südtirol DOCG, vintage 2021 from the winery Kellerei Girlan has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Bolzano in Italy.
Brilliant ruby red colour with purple reflections and brightening edges. Great interplay of compact fruit and intriguing savouriness on the nose, reminiscent of ripe strawberry, orange zest and cardamom. Full of tension on the palate, silky tannin structure, animating acidity, long, slightly salty finish.
