A sparkling, intense golden yellow. A very fragrant and clean nose, revealing pronounced notes of ripe apricots, with subtle hints of yellow flowers in the background. On the palate, it is dense and smooth from the first sip through the finish, expanding continuously as it glides along, with a lovely balance of sweetness and acidity and a long, spicy finish.
