Sparkling, rich golden yellow. Very fragrant nose, with delicate notes of jasmine blossom, then bergamot and grapefruit, with fine nutmeg in the background. Very full-bodied on the palate, opens smoothly, creamy, fills the mouth full, fine interplay between sweetness and a subtle bitter note in the finish.
