The white wine Stern Sauvignon DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Cantina Kaltern has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Shiny, light straw yellow. Finely drawn nose, comes with notes of lemon balm and grapefruit, beautiful gooseberry, appealing. Round and balanced at the front, then shows beautiful, juicy fruit, some white peach, lemon balm again, good pressure on the finish.
