Clear, bright straw yellow. Bitter orange and pomelo with a subtle floral aroma on the nose. Later yellow fruitiness. Pleasant, fine bubbles. Mineral on the palate, slightly salty, refreshing and refreshing to drink. Lingers with a juicy finish.
