Bright, noble ruby red. Opens on the nose with rich truffle tones, rich ripe berry fruit, blackberry, black cherry, some liquorice, a touch of oregano, plus fine earthy notes, minimally alcoholic on the finish. The palate is tight-knit, polished, well integrated, powerful, with beautiful use of wood, fiery finish.
