The white wine V Years Weissburgunder Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2014 from the winery Kellerei Meran has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
It has a deep, bright straw yellow colour, with light green notes. On the nose it opens with appealing aromas of ripe fruit, some apricot, light caramel, walnuts, and with brioche in the background. It has a salty attack on the palate, as well as on the finish, and it has nice ripe flavours and good tension.
