Sparkling, bright golden yellow. The nose is somewhat cool at first, but reveals a very delicate structure with subtle notes of baked apple, lychee, cinnamon, and cloves. Shows beautiful complexity on the palate, unfolding in many layers; salty, with very good body but not too opulent, and a very long finish.
