Dense and multi-layered aroma, savouriness, fruit and floral notes closely interwoven, mallow blossom, rose petal, rose hip peel, black cherry, sloe, clove. Powerful palate with a good portion of savouriness to the juicy fruit, grippy yet ripe tannin, lively acidity, food companion and with certain ageing potential for years to come.
