Deep carmine colour, ochre reflections, broad brightening on the rim. Fine savouriness of vanilla and dill, some coconut and blackberry, a hint of liquorice and caramel in the background. Very deep, finely-meshed, chocolatey, again some bourbon vanilla, vivid, supporting tannins, a large-format wine with a sweet finish, cries out for beefsteak & co from the grill...
