Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Deep crimson in colour with purple reflections, and a subtle ochre rim. On the nose, a somewhat restrained bouquet with aromas of ripe plum with delicately nutty undertones, a hint of nougat, dried fig and candied orange zest. The palate is powerful but not fiery, with fine tannins, notes of dark nougat, saline minerality and a spicy finish which shows good length, ageing potential.
