Tasting Notes
Bright, intense straw yellow. Dense and expressive nose, aromas of honey, ripe melons, underpinned by fine spicy components, especially thyme. Round and lardy in the attack and on the palate, good density, unfolds with beautiful play, juicy, beautiful ripe fruit, firm pressure on the finish.
