The white wine Praepositus Pinot Grigio Südtirol DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Kloster Neustift has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright, brilliantly intense greenish yellow. Elegant and rich nose of ripe peach, then mirabelle plums, some vanilla and rich pear. The palate is very dense and full of texture, spreads creamily over the tongue, great body, punchy and long.
