The sweet and dessert wine Südtirol Goldmuskateller Vinalia DOC, vintage 2011 from the winery Muri - Gries has been rated in 2013 with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gelber Muskateller from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
A sparkling, rich golden-yellow color. A very fragrant and clean nose, with notes of fresh flowers, followed by candied orange peel and bergamot. Lush and dense on the palate, with great volume and intensity; despite its pronounced, fresh acidity, it feels almost too powerful on the finish, but shows great aging potential. It will be magnificent in a few years.
