Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.10.2024

Bright medium salmon pink with copper reflections, ochre rim brightening and a delicate mousse. Aromas of fresh wild strawberry, some kumquat and nuances of blossom honey. Juicy, the fruit is well countered by a racy acidity. Lemony and with redcurrants in the aftertaste. A fine aperitif.
