Degustation: frische, knackige Himbeere; direkt vibrierend auf der Zunge, leichte herbe Waldfrüchte, angenehm würzige Barriquenote Weinberg: ca. 30- 40 Jahre alte Pinot Noir Reben, teilweise in Steillage Speisenempfehlungen: Kalbsleber, Gemüsegratin Vinifikation: frühe Lese um natürliche Frische und Leichtigkeit zu erhalten, 4 Wochen spontane Maischegärung in 6hl Buckets, keine oenologischen Hilfsmittel, 6 Monate in Edelstahltank und zu ca. 50 % in gebrauchten Barriques auf der Feinhefe, spontaner biologischer Säureabbau (malolaktische Gärung), Filtration kurz vor Abfüllung, mit <20mg/l freiem Schwefel abgefüllt

Light garnet. Natural aromas, cherry, light berries, slightly volatile, peppery savouriness. Elegant and delicate on the palate with vivid berry notes. Herbal and savoury notes on the finish.
