The de-alcoholised sparkling wine Studio Italiano Spumante Prickelnd from the winery Kolonne Null has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger with 90 Falstaff points.
On the nose, notes of citrus fruit and beeswax, caramelised nuances and a touch of yeast. Initially slender on the palate, developing quite fine carbon dioxide, the acidic nerve and slightly peppery notes create a vinous impression, the finish is full of freshness and appears very hearty.
