Ripe apple and apple skin, green pears, apricots, herbal savouriness, kiwi, elderflower on the nose. Fine bubbles on the palate, fresh and stimulating, clear fruit of pears, apples, apricots, lemons, juicy, with a beautiful interplay of fruit and acidity, good length, as an aperitif and also with food.
