Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate rim brightening. Ripe plum, fine blackberry confit, a hint of clove, multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, powerful, red heart cherry, fine tannins, good freshness, savoury finish, some cardamom in the aftertaste, an elegant food companion.
