The red wine »Quarterra« trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Krebs-Grode has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Cortis, Frühburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
A strong dose of new oak meets herbal and savoury aromas, notes of almond and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and sinewy, dense with fleshy tannins, well endowed with fruit and in harmony with ripe acidity, juicy and lingering on the finish. A wine with potential!
