Tasting from 12.03.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Shiny, rich ruby with a fine garnet edge. Very intense and compact nose, full of ripe, dark plums, some liquorice, sandalwood in the background. In the beginning a lot of vivid fruit, but then unfolds with clear wood notes, on the finish unfortunately very drying, harsh.
