Tasting from 11.06.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Medium to light ruby red. Rather restrained on the nose with notes of cherry, wild berries and savoury hints. Soft and beautifully balanced on the palate with finely woven but noticeable tannins, juicy acidity and a medium-long, toasty-fruity finish.
