Tasting from 16.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, dark ruby red with a rich core. Inviting black-fruity nose with elements of espresso, blackcurrants and pepper, later clearly cherry. Elegant palate with a harmonious interplay of sweetness and acidity, clear palate drive, juicy, delicately savoury, vivid but not exuberant. Nice fruity-sweet drive with acidity on the finish. Soloist and with grilled beef!
