Pale golden yellow with greenish reflections. Spicy, intense flint and slightly chalky on the nose, followed by fruity notes of quince and apple and light citrus aromas. On the palate with a slightly full-bodied, creamy mouthfeel, without woody notes, but with good tension and pressure right into the lingering finish.
