The white wine Liende Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery La Viarte has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Tocai Friulano from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Bright, light grey-yellow. Initially slightly yeasty notes, then lots of gooseberry, with fragrant elderflower and a background of sage. Shows itself on the palate with fine grown-up notes, delicate salty components give the wine length, with a gooseberry finish.
