Tasting Notes
Rich, deep dark ruby with violet shimmer. Very present, intense nose of elderberries and blackberries, with spicy notes of cardamom and coriander seeds in the background. Very voluminous on the palate, opens with lots of rich, dark berry fruit, but then becomes somewhat bulky on the palate, brittle on the finish, still needs ageing.
