Some beeswax on the nose with yeasty notes, apple, citrus aromas, fine wood, powder, chalk. Lean and firmly built on the palate with good energy and tension, mild acidity, emphatically dry, fine phenolics, chalky mineral underpinnings. Country rock and not cuddly pop.
