Nero di Troia and Primitivo. Lots of smoke, a hint of reductive, blackberry. Silky and sweet on the palate, but harmonious in its power with all the sweetness, acidity and substance, a very ripe amalgam, almost a port substitute, round and somehow fascinating. Muscular. With Fourme d'Ambert, game with cranberries, chocolate cake. Original and in need of explanation, but complex and with good cohesion.
