On the nose, hints of animalistic notes and Brettanomyces, along with new wood, coconut and sawdust. Intensely textured on the palate, juicy rather than supple in the background, compact and harmonious, with well-integrated acidity, excellent balance between lightness and intensity. The wood needs more time to integrate.
