Bright straw yellow with silver reflections and persistent mousse. On the nose, yellow peach, golden apple and a hint of pear drop. Taut on the palate with a perky mousse, a slight bitter note, juicy fruit texture and salty nuances with a multi-layered finish, which stops a little short.
