The red wine Fontissimo IGT, vintage 2012 from the winery Le Fonti - Panzano has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Brilliant, intense ruby. Very clear and open nose, full of red currants and blackberries, inviting. Fine fruit on the palate, opens up with polished, fine-meshed tannins, develops good power, still some wood overhang at the back.
