Tasting from 27.05.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Stafffler

Rich, deep dark ruby with a slight purple shimmer. Opens with a carpet of fine spices, cardamom and cinnamon, then rich blackberry and dark currant. Hearty and gripping on the palate, opens with lots of grippy tannins, dark fruit and chocolate, somewhat washed out on the finish.
