Tasting Notes

Tasting from 27.05.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Stafffler

Bright light gold with a delicate copper tinge. A slight hint of cheese rind on the nose, somewhat restrained. On the palate it shows with a rich texture, lots of cream, dancing acidity, minimal bitterness on the finish.
