Tasting from 19.02.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Pale green yellow, silver reflections. Subtle floral hint of orange blossom, delicate hints of stone fruit, candied orange zest, somewhat restrained bouquet. Juicy on the palate, fine extract sweetness, well-balanced acidity structure, mineral touch, fine hint of honey on the finish, appears relatively light-footed, good development and certain ageing potential.
