Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Somewhat restrained, nuances of fresh pineapple, delicate hints of papaya, pears and orange zest. Full-bodied, elegant and characterised by honey nuances, subtle acid structure, salty touch on the finish, already developed, mineral aftertaste.
