The white wine Arco, vintage 2017 from the winery Les Dolomies has been rated in 2021 by Benjamin Herzog with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Savagnin Blanc from the region Jura in France.
Initially savoury and somewhat closed. Opens up with air to become a typical Savagnin representative. Yeasty notes on the nose, with nutty, savoury hints and lots of ripe fruit and subtle candied citrus. Wonderfully harmonious on the palate, with a chalky, austere style and a certain astringency on the finish, which ensures drinkability and ageability.
