This Crémant flows into the glass with a light lemon yellow colour and fine bubbles. The fragrance is fresh, fruity and subtly yeasty. Aromas of citrus zest, Mirabelle plum, ginger and mint unfold, complemented by subtle notes of yeast and salted almonds. The palate reveals a creamy mousse with a harmonious balance of fresh acidity and measured dosage. An elegant and nimble Crémant.
