At first a somewhat reductive whiff on the nose. Then notes of ripe apple, pear as well as grapefruit, cherry and a hint of exotic fruits emerge. On the palate full-bodied and equipped with smooth acidity, citrus, apple and peach notes. Medium-long mineral-salty finish.
