Tasting from 10.10.2025: Romana Echensperger

A wine with curves and character - a prime example of Viognier. Typical yet complex on the nose: apricots, poached spiced pears, aniseed, plus a potpourri of wild roses, wisteria, white pepper and sea salt flakes. Full-bodied and velvety on the palate, yet surprisingly fresh. The stone fruit and spice flavours are densely integrated and contribute to a long, fragrant finish.
