Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green colour. On the nose, delicate blossom honey underlies aromas of white peach, a hint of lime zest, some passion fruit and notes of lemon balm. The palate is tight-knit and elegant, with a multi-faceted acid structure, pineapple and apple fruit and a mineral-salty aftertaste. Long lasting and with definite ageing potential.
